the projectwas a emodel of a basement plus adding a bathroom. Selwa, the estimator, provided some great ideas. The project was completed on time and contract cost. Ryan paid attention to detail. He laid out the bathroom to assure us it was functional before wall construction. He has a good working knowledge construction practices and applicable county codes. The stained oak board between the steps and room is a highlight. An overall work plan was provided the first day. We were involved in decisions that he knew we would be interested. Ryan was flexible and open to suggestions. A daily report was provided on work accomplished as well as work to be done the following day as well as the teams arrival time the next day. Arrival time changes was provided by telephone. He was available by telephone in the evenings, if needed.
