Very nice and professional service. They come over and pick up the key, and get to know your pet. Then you fill out some paperwork and give your schedule of when and how they should visit. The pet routine is discussed and if you need any plants watered, mail brought in, lights turned on or off, etc. My dog even had a new ball when I returned.
