Very impressed with the sales representative and went with the company based on his responses. However was less than thrilled with the head mover and the fact that things were not properly disclosed to me by the sales rep. I was told that the furniture would be wrapped and taped, I went with this company because of this having several antique cupboards. When the movers got there, I was told that there was an additional charge for the tape @ $3.00 a roll, and I would need about 36 rolls of tape. I was also told that I could leave light items in the drawers, however the way they carried things, most of what was in drawers was turned upside down and messed up. There was a communication problem with the head mover as he had very broken english, he was rude, used my phone for 20 minutes of long distance instead of his cell phone and stopped all moving for 45 minutes while we ironed out issues and I was charged for the wasted time. I also had damage to my file cabinets and can't open the drawers.
