Using this company to dig our postholes was the absolute worst experience! Thier guy came in and missed well over half of our marks, we took several pictures and called them right away. The owner said he would come out, but charge us $200 dollars if we couldn't prove thier guy missed, my husband said fine, but we have been hand digging some because today is the only day my wife and I have help. He said too bad for those ones, we said we took pictures before we hand dug, he said too bad. He then proceded to YELL at my husband on the phone so loud my sister in law across the room could hear. Needless to say he never came out, wouldn't answer the phone and we hand to spend countless hours hand digging our post holes that we paid hime to dig!! Absolutley horrible work, horrible costumer service, horribble EVERYTHING! Beware, if this guy makes a mistake, you're prbably never getting it fixed! Oh yes and we paid full price and got no money back!
