Unfortunately, I can give nothing but a negative review of Giant Van Lines. The major complaints I have are as follows: -the crew sent to pick up my belongings was late -the final price was twice what was estimated; as they charge by the pound, I had no way of confirming that the weight I was being charged for was accurate and no weight slip was provided although it was requested -the estimate stated that the delivery would be 10-14 days after pick-up; delivery was one month later -I was told I would have 24 hour notice of delivery; I had none and the driver threatened to charge $100 per hour until I could be at the delivery location -the delivery crew threw my boxes around, including those with FRAGILE written on them and stacked things in the storage unit very precariously; one box fell when I opened the door after deliver damaging goods -a piece of furniture had a support beam literally ripped off, destroying the piece I apologize for the length of this review, but this company was terrible to work with. I was very disappointed and want to save others from the hassle. There is a reason their quotes are so low.
