There's always one thing that goes wrong w/a wedding and for us it was hiring Zinia Limousine. It started w/the limousine my husband and his groomsmen were to get into to go take pictures and then to head to the ceremony. When the guys went to get into the limo the driver locked the doors and would not let them in until my husband went up to his room and brought down a credit card. This was after I was told that everything was taken care of, my card would automatically be charged and we didn't need to worry about anything. They were late to take pictures and started the day off w/added stress. The driver of the limo that my bridesmaids and I were in was not able to speak english and therefore could not communicate with us. We ended up missing turns, going in wrong directions, and worrying about him and where we were going rather than enjoying our champagne on the way to my wedding. Most drastically, our wedding was in a park so the limos were critical to the ceremony as my limo was to drop off my bridesmaids and I at the end of the "aisle" for our entrance at the start of the wedding. He ended up going too far, because he didn't understand when we said "STOP", and we ended up in front of the alter for at least 10 min w/all the guests looking at us wondering what in the world was going on. The other driver had to get out of his limo, which was also in front of the alter, and drive our limo back up the hill to the start of the aisle. Another guest had to ask the men's limo to move as well as staying parked in front of the alter would have ruined the view of the bay and all pics taken of the ceremony. Finally, i made a special trip to the limo "headquarters" to drop off beer that was to be put on ice and ready to go in the limos. The beer in the men's limo was still sitting in the box, not on ice. I also requested for the leftover beer (which was alot since it wasn't cold) to be dropped off at our hotel. When I arrived back at the hotel at the end of the evening I was greated w/a cardboard box with a couple of beers and some garbage that the limo drivers had left.
