The service was ok at best. Several minor things broke, four large pillows somehow disappeared and a hole or two were put in the walls. The salesman highly recomended saving the furniture packing for the professionals because if it wasn't done right the movers would undo it and repack it the correct way; there was nothing special about the way they did it and they charged A LOT for the materials. The square footage size of my move was also underestimated by about 25% so between the materials and the time, I spent more than the estimate. Oh yeah, and the water bottles that I filled for the movers left with them, and several small items have yet to be located.
