The people were very nice to us in setting up our wedding. But we were more interested in having a professional job done than being nice. I felt at times that perhaps they were too busy with other clients. I know we didn't pay a lot for their services but returning calls in a timely manner is important. I read the other reviews here and I wonder if we're talking about the same company.
