The movers were five hours late. They arrived exhausted and complaining from a previous job. Crew took 6.5 hours to complete a job that required a max. of 4 hrs to complete (incl. driving, since we were moving down the street). Were hired to arrive at 1 pm, so that the job would be completed by 4pm. Instead they arrived at 6p.m. and completed the job at 12:30a.m., which a massive inconveniance, our late evening plans were ruined. In addition to that, they refused to use the front entrance, so our apartment was full of night bugs and mosquitos, we were horribly bitten by the morning! They were loud, rude and swore, and our new neighbors were sick of them. All of this would not have happened had the crew arrived even somewhat on time. Sales Manager Jack Modena was also rude, not at all apologetic, also used obsene language. Workers didn't care that they were being so crude around my 8 yr old. I would also like to mention that during the unloading process, the boss took an hour nap in the truck, during which time the two other guys fought and argued like toddlers over who would take what to the apartment
