Roz is truly a Godsend. She is like surrogate parents (both parents) for Isaac, our dog. She totally relates to him in the way he needs to be related to and she loves him and cares for him in such a way that he has quit resisting when we can't take him with us because Roz is there. She is very special indeed and completely trustworthy. We've had many people take care of Isaac over the years but have finally found what Isaac has always needed and that is Roz. We highly recommend her and endorse her in every way.
