Kathleen is a nice enough person and her heart is definitely in the right place. I was not pleased with her services. She neglected to bring in my mail. She did not put the trash out on trash day. There was 1 feed bag for the rabbit still in the refrigerator indicating he did not receive all of his scheduled feedings. I left 4 feed bags for 4 feedings. It was apparent she had a problem handling my 2 parrots. There was double feed amount in 1 of the bird dishes. I do not know if she was unable to handle opening and replacing the feed as instructed or gave a double feed intentionally to skip a visit. Kathleen was much less expensive than my regular sitter. I guess you get what you pay for. I would not use her services again.
