John Dixon demonstrated that he is an experienced exterminator with the knowledge and tools to get the job done properly (and with the least amount of chemicals possible.) His fight with bees at my home was a difficult one, but he managed to eradicate them despite their many locations. I like his "on call" annual plan instead of the quarterly spraying contracts offered by other companies. I appreciated the "no pressure" approach that he has to products and the individual assessment of my home's needs.
