I was very disappointed with the service I received due to the following problems: 1) The photographer that was assigned to take pictures and whose pictures I looked at in advance to screen for quality was NOT the photographer who showed up on the wedding day 2) It took 3 months for me to receive my proofs (small sizes of the pictures to look at in order to make the album) and more than half of the pictures taken were missing 3) It took another 2-3 months to receive the entire set of proofs 4) It tooks about 6 weeks to receive my photo album once I made photo and page layout selections 5) They did not send me all of the items in the package I selected and paid for because they failed to look back at the contract 6) It took several more weeks to receive the rest of the package (therefore I did not get everything until one week AFTER my first anniversary) 7) All of the albums had mistakes including wrong pictures on some pages, heads cut off on pictures, people cut out of pictures (one picture was of our guitarist and all you see is the microphone and music stand but not him) 8) The company made no effort to make up for their mistakes. We asked for extra pictures which they did do for us but that was at our request
