I hired this company to move my stuff in August of 2005. I tood extra insurance offered by the company to cover the cost of replacement beyond the standard offered. Here is my experience. 1: Only part of the my stuff was delivered as scheduled. It took them more than 1 months and many phone calls and certified mails before they could locate and deliver the rest of my stuff. Calls to the office and the owner did not resolve the problem. The office was in a chaos and nobody would know where to even begin to track our stuff. 2: I put a claim in for some of my damaged stuff. One of my lamp post snapped. Until today, I have not been able to get this resolved.
