I hired Mad Chef Catering for my son's wedding reception. Chef Eric was higly skilled, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. Most of all, his food was superb, as we learned at a full course tasting. He willingly accomodated our special requests. Eric and his staff set a beautiful table and provided friendly and professional service at a reasonable price. My family and I highly recommend Eric, the Mad Chef.
