I highly recommend this company because of the service and price. The manager Bob is very helpful and informative. He even told me of a serious construction defect that wasn't even part of the termite inspection. My contractor confirmed that the area pointed out indeed needed immediate attention so as to avoid extensive damage and reconstruction. Bob took care of the termites with the confidence of a professional with many years of know how. Bob's price was in the ballpark of other companies, perhaps even a little lower. But based on the level of service I got, I definately came off the winner.
