I had a horrible experience in dealing with P.C. Lending. There were three major problems that I encountered in dealing with them. The first was the way in which they treated confidential information. On two separate occasions, when they were supposed to send me my Good Faith Estimates, I was sent other borrower's loan applications which included their social security numbers and financial information. This concerned me greatly about the security of my own fiancial information. Second, when it came to the actual closing, they charged fees for their services that were significantly higher than what was provided in writing on the Good Faith Estimate. It took two months to get this resolved and get a refund for the inappropriately charged fees. Third, my loan package consisted of a primary loan and a HELOC. The primary loan was to have a prepayment penalty and the HELOC was not to have one. They mixed up the terms and had the prepayment penalties applying to the HELOC as well as the primary. There were other issues as well, although not as significant as these three. I can only saw when dealing with PC Lending, be very cautious.
