I contacted Mr. Griffith about having a home inspected I was thinking about buying. The seller of the home had previously had it inspected but I wanted my own and Mr. Griffith uncovered so many more problems that should have been obvious to the first inspector. But what impressed me the most is after I bought the home and hired a contractor to begin work I discovered a small drip in the kitchen sink. It was not dripping at the time of the inspection but Mr. Griffith insisted on taking care of it, which he did by having a new faucet installed at his own expense. I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and dedication by this man and whole heartedly will recommend him to any one thinking of buying a new home. He was always available to answer my questions and didnt mind the countless phone calls.
