I cannot recommend this company for your move. When I first contacted the company, they seemed very nice and professional. I asked the rep on the phone if they would accept AMEX and she responded that the would. I also inquired about additional insurance and she indicated that I could get insurance at time of move. When the time for the move arrived, the movers were over 7 hours late. The move was also sub-contracted out to a another moving company that went by the name X-Soldier. After packing and loading tghe truck, I inquired about insurance and the X-Soldier said that I should have arranged that before hand. Needless to say that was disturbing. I agreed to let them move it and would deal with the Cal State moving the next day. After verifying with Ezer 'Dave' Orly that his rep did say that I could insure at the time of the move, we decided to proceed with the move. Several days later, 'Dave' informs me that the original company is reversing the charges on my credit card and that he NEEDS 50% of the moving charges in cash and he will NOT take a credit card. We then agree to have delivery within 5 days with payment in full at delivery time. When I call back to schedule the delivery he now wants 50% up front again. To be clear, this company should be avoided at all costs. The person is not honest, does not honor their agreements, and will change their story at a moments notice.
