I absolutely recommend this Travel Agency. We found them right here on Respond. And have booked with them twice since. Very good and very busy but our vacations always come out as excellent. When we went to the resort, they knew our names and even upgraded our rooms. Me and My wife noticed that we kept receiving better treatment as the time went by. Also the resort is really clean and well-maintained. Even the GM is super hands-on and is very visible at meals and was checking that we were satisfied. It was a great experience then the next time we booked this happened again, finally I asked my agent and told her about this she said that this is normal for their clients. It is the Agency policy to make sure the agents contact the hotel 5 times directly to make sure they know that their clients are VIP's with the agency. I laughed because my wife thought I must have been complaining to the managers behind her back to get the special treatment. The junior suite was a great size. We will travel with them EVERY YEAR.
