For my wife and I, our wedding photos, album and slide show were very important to us since we were not going to use a videographer. We looked for a photographer who captured personalities, moments, and moods. Someone who could shoot high-quality photos and come up with creative and non-traditional shots. We also wanted someone who was versatile and would fit in with the mix of guests and both formal and informal aspects of our wedding. Marv and his work was fantastic - especially considering the challenging lighting conditions he had to work with (winter scenes, glass window backgrounds, varying light levels, pets etc.). The photos were magical! The album was a masterpiece of great photos, excellent layout and beautiful production work. He also put together a digital slide show with audio that we have immensely enjoyed. Lastly, he even surprised us with a framed oil-painting style canvas picture that was phenomenal and now hangs above our bed. Not only were his photos great, but we loved working with him. He caught great photos yet somehow managed to stay in the background and yet blended wonderfully the whole weekend with our friends, family and guests. So, in short, I'd recommend Marv hands-down. His easy-going style, terrific photography skills, artistry and professionalism make his service not only a great choice, but a must have for any wedding or special event.
