Chris Tingen and his company provided horrendous service. We contacted him in January 2005, and he was to provide our non-landscaped home with irrigation, sod, dog fencing, a paver patio, and plants. He never finished the job. In the end, he came by for money, we gave him some, and he took off never to be seen or heard from again. This was in April or May of 2005, and he had originally estimated that the work would take about two weeks! If I had looked at all of the Maryland court cases that have been filed against Chris, I would never have done any business with this man. He routinely showed up late for jobs or not at all, and then disappeared for hours. Terrible service, and terrible, empty promises. A serious disappointment.
