Both times that I requested an SUV I ended up with a limousine. That really isn't a bad thing except a limo attracts way more attention than an SUV. That isn't really what I was going for. No additional charge but I wonder if all the SUV's were booked both times. If they were they shouldn't have been offered as a choice. The limousine that picked us up from the airport was fine but the return trip was unbearably hot due to an out of service air conditioner. I called as I was in the limousine sweating. The more I thought about it, I called back to see if there was a way to get some sort of compensation for sending out a car that obviously needed servicing. They weren't hearing that, telling me that the air conditioner was working. That woman was not in the car riding from Miami to Ft. Lauderdale in a car with faulty air conditioning. I just told them that I wouldn't be using them again.
