My name is Mike Roach. I am an irrigation contractor. I was at my heaviest weight of 280 pounds in November of 2005. As of today my current weight is 219 lbs. This is due to eating right and exercising with Robert Hutsko of Palm Beach Physique. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that would I hire a personal trainer.
In March of this year I made the commitment to work with Robert. It has been the best decision that I have ever done for myself.
Working with Robert has changed my life. He is not only my personal trainer; Robert has become a good friend. I highly recommend Robert Hutsko as a trainer in order to help you get on the right track or to achieve the goals that you want for yourself in your life.
Robert goes over and above his skills as a personal trainer. He checks your blood pressure and pulse during the workouts, far more than the ordinary trainer. Robert helps you with the foods that you eat. He gives you the workout on paper so if you are traveling you do not have to miss your workout.

My husband and I were very satisfied with our experience with Palm Beach Physique and have re-upped for next season. Our instructor, Robert, was always on time and very professional and competent, taking great care to monitor vital signs and protect against injuries with proper stretching, technique and appropriate use of weights. We were also properly instructed on diet and other fitness measures we could take on our own. We definitely felt more fit at the end of the season. And we had fun, too.

My review of Daniel Casey Photography was a rewarding experience. An exceptional photographer with an eye for details and perspective.
Thomas Tracy Photojournalism is a photographer anyone should really consider. From my first interaction, his customer service is impeccable. He is willing to view ideas and samples, brainstorm over new ones, and to shed insight on other areas he thinks will work for the photography tasks you provide him with.
Being one of the crowds is one of the biggest things I found. Tom was able to blend in with the crowd while on shoot for us. He extended both personal and professionalism for the opportunity and delivered a plethora of photographs that will never be able to be duplicated. Our setting was one of uniqueness (a 62 acre mango farm in the heart of Florida); Tom was able to marry new age technologies with heritage and tradition to deliver an exceptional photojournalism style.
With a great eye for detail, and an ability to analyze his surroundings on the fly, I would recommend Thomas Tracy Photojournalism Hands down.
