Brandon is a professional in every sense of the word. He calls when he says he will. He leaves clear, distinct messages on the phone. He is on time for appointments. He returns calls & emails. He delivers his products & services in a timely manner. And on top of it all, he is a pleasure to work with. He got wonderful smiles from my family who was not at all sure about having their photographs taken outside of a studio (I chose a natural, wooded setting.) I am very happy with Excalibur Water Heaters' work and rapid response on my urgent need on 5/20/2008. I got a call back from Baron Sherrill in the early morning that day and gave me an estimate, then I called him back in an hour later, and every thing was taking care of. It was 10 times easier, time saving to deal with Excalibur directly instead of purchasing from HomeDepot and the certified contractor to do the work. Excalibur Water Heaters' work is excellent, responsive, and price is right. I highly recommended.

Not only did he do a great job he was also friendly, professional, honest, reliable and courteous. He cleaned up, at the end each day, so I could still use my kitchen while it was under construction!
