My contacts with John were very pleasant from the first phone call. He gave me the description of the work, explained the warranty terms and extended service options. Finally he gave me very reasonable price and made an appointment with my tenant without my intervention. When I talked to the tenant she was very pleased with John. He was in place on time and in addition to the termite treatment (that was of course not so important for the tenant) John did bedbugs extermination. And it was very important for the tenant. One week ago I ordered bedbugs extermination in different company, the representative was in house 2 times, but he did not eliminate the bedbugs. John did this work without my order and free of charge. It was solely his initiative. John was very kindness to tenant; he understood her concerns and did this work without any discussion with me. It is practically impassable to meet the person who is ready on his own initiative to go extra step without payment. Now I know this person.
