I have trained with Dave for several years. He has really helped me regain my strength and stamina. An example: the first time I met Dave,
he asked me to do three sets of pushups to warm-up. I was able to do 10, 3, and 1. This was with rest in between each set. I was totally exhausted and could not believe how weak I had gotten. I now do 50, 50, and 50 as a warm-up. I am an avid golfer and Dave's regimen has helped me gain both flexibility and distance. I would recommend Dave Maisano to anyone, and have. Friends of mine now also train with him.
