The menu is a veritable smorgasbord of barbecue dishes and all the traditional fixins' prepared to order by head chef Dan Brooks. When my plate arrived it wasn't just thrown on the table, but presented and artfully decorated with a generous sprinkling of Dan's signature rub. I went for the sandwich, which was so large I had to cut it in half to pick it up, and even then I had a hard time fitting it in my mouth. This is an eatery that is not afraid of large portions.
the best BBQ i have ever had, and thats a lot of BBQ. I will be back next week, that was Dan good eaten.
