Our experience using Budge Home Inspections was great. Marc was willing to come out to the prospect house even though it was considerably far away from his location. Even more impressive was that he was completely accomodating to our pretty hectic time restrictions. Marc performmed a professional and thorough inspection, he took his time and included us in as much as possible to let us know exactly what he was seeing. The whole process made everything really easy to understand and his inspection really gave us a leg to stand in when we went back to the seller. The report was really impressive, the accompanying pictures were a super help when discussing the items with the sellers and the realtor.
