Pappas Personal Training was truly "Personal" I felt like my trainer spent a good deal of time assessing my needs an focused our workouts appropriately. Also, my trainer was very flexible about fitting our workouts into my schedule, I didn't feel pushed to pick a time that wasn't best for me. Our workouts were fun AND effective and I enjoyed our relationship. Although I moved out of state, we still keep in touch. It was a wonderful experience all around.
