All inspections and reinspections were done with an expertise and knowledge base that clearly spans decades of experience, with older homes it's very important that inspectors possess this knowledge base especially for elctrical systems, cooling systems and structures. Not to say that the Budge Home Inspectors knowledge base is limited to the older constructed homes, however these are the type of homes I purchase for my wife and I do not like the cookie cutter type of homes being produced by the builders today, we prefer homes which are unique and have character in older neighborhoods. Inspections and especially reinspections were documented in up to date electronic tools providing professional reports with accompanying pictures. This is very importmant for negotiations with the sellers as well as review by the lender underwriters and account executives. With Mr. Budges well documented inspections and reinspections purchases over the internet are made easier for individuals who are would prefer an inspection of the property for the reports did not miss anything, they are very thorough and use state of the art technology for inspecting as well as documenting and reviewing results. With reports being published to a website, it makes it easier for buyers, sellers, lenders (account excutives, loan processors, underwriters) to actually review the condition(s) noted and required for contract and amendment negotiations. Budge Home Inspectors were extremmely professional and actually provide supporting internet links for issues noted with the older homes. Note that without there professionally executed inspections and reinspections many things could have been missed, ask yourself can you afford to miss something as importmant as your home investment? This is the best Home Inspector company me and my wife have ever used who is honest and has the appropriate resources to insure buyers do not make a mistake of purchasing a home with issues that they will regret later. I have used many inspectors in the past and make no mistake Budge Home Inspectors are the best. Its apparent they are in quest of excellence.
