Kirby was great and professional. I wrote a press release with well-earned praise for Ross & his team (http://www.emediawire.com/releases/2006/5/emw382033.htm): We were a little concerned about how to overcome the deer-in-the-headlights syndrome. Even though we had specific messages we wanted the video to weave together, we didn't want anyone to look stiff, uncertain, or rehearsed. Ross and Ben helped our people feel very comfortable, conducting each interview as a simple conversation about the things our people cared about. We teamed up people to take advantage of the group dynamic so they didn't have to concentrate so much on looking into the camera. The experience was surprisingly fun. And we ended up with a huge amount of material. Even though it wouldn't all fit in the final cut of the video, it gives us excellent fodder for future newsletter articles, software tutorials, and Web site content. Well worth the whirlwind adventure of producing the video.
