They are absolutely wonderful! I went to the Galleria office in Atlanta! The people there were so wonderful! I was nervous and they were so patient with me. They explained everything!!! I got it done the same day as my consultation. I woke up the next morning seeing 20/15 and now 3 weeks later I am seeing 20/20. It was the best thing I have ever done!

This company was VERY responsive to my needs. Came out to my house the same morning I contacted them. They diagnosed my problem and were very up-front about the cost of the parts and labor which by the way was very reasonable. In addition to fixing what was broken, while they were there they discovered some inefficiencies in my heating system that were causing my gas usage to be higher than it needed to be and they fixed that too. I was completely satisfied with their work and will retain them as my primary resource for heating and A/C needs in the future.

Rivercity did a great job. They were significantly cheaper than their rivals, but this did not seem to affect in any way the quality of service. I was seeking to refinance my home. I was contacted by their office from a inquiry I posted on the internet. They called me promtly within 1 hour of the posting. I submitted my initial information over the Web and the balance of the information by overnight mail. The process took about 15 business days from start to finish. Within 3 days of my application I received a good faith estimate that was very accurate as far as what the final results were at closing.
The communicated with me at all times by both email and phone. Their charges were explained and I though reasonable.
Overall I very good experience.
