Nate, has been training me for 4 years. I work out normally 4 days a week with his training. He has a vast amount of knowledge on many types of routines. He has custom prepared many programs for the season's and the sports I'm active in.He motivates and pushes me to achieve goals that were only dreams a few short years ago. To Whom This May Concern,
My name is Katherine and I hired Millsfilms to do the videography at my wedding. My mother and I were lucky enough to run into a family friend who's daughter had hired Millsfilms for her wedding and she said the video was her favorite part of the entire wedding process.
We contacted Robert immediately to find out a little more about the services he provided. We met with Robert in our home and watched three of his demo videos. Not only were those videos beautiful in their own right, Robert was so professional and passionate about what he does that we hired him without a second thought.
Robert told us that he really enjoys doing this because he gets the opportunity to use his creativity and apply it to each unique couple. I wondered if he would be able to capture my relationship with my husband, my family, and friends in a way that I would agree with and when I saw the video I was completely in awe of the way he portrayed everyone at my wedding. It not only seemed that he captured people and the wedding the way I envisioned but he did it better than I could have imagined.
So, do would I recommend Millsfilms in the future? Not only would I say yes but I would say that anyone who passes up the opportunity to work with Bob is truly missing out on a great experience.

I knew I had to hire Millsfilms even before we were engaged when I saw the video they did for my husband's brother's wedding. We live in St.Louis so I didn't know if that was possible. As soon as we got engaged I called Bob and he was happy to do it. It was defintly worth the extra expence to get them here. I would highly recommend Millsfilms, their work is like no other I've seen. It is like watching a movie and you are the stars. They did a wonderful job of capturing all the special parts of our day and putting it together into something we can treasure for years to come. My experience with Bodies of Empowerment is Phenomenal!!
I am a 42 year old mother of two, that was desperately in need of some personal training. So, with the guidance from my husband giving me a months worth of personal training for Christmas of 2005, my mind was made up to finally achieve a long time goal of mine.
Because of my Personal Trainer being enthusiastic, very knowledgeable, great dedication, and was always there for me every step of the way, he was able to bring me to a high level of motivation with a series of successes. He also taught me the importance of nutrition and fitness.
I am happy to say that in July of 2006, I achieved my goal by my tough workouts, proper nutrition, and my weight training program. I have lost 46 pounds of fat, and counting! I gained 15 pounds of muscle, and I went from a size 10 to a size 4.
Wow! What a difference a personal trainer can do for you! I am looking forward to pursuing my goal for the rest of my life, thanks to Bodies of Empowerment Personal Training.

Mills films was the greatest decision I made when searching for vendors. Originally, I was not to going to use a videographer. However, when I came across Mills films website I knew I had to use them. I am so thankful I did because it far exceeded my expectations. Bob captured every aspect of the day--every detail --he even added the spot where we were engaged which was competely above and beyond. We barely noticed he was there and our guest commented on how courteous he and his assistant were. I could go on for days how impressed my family, friends, husband and I are about the video. They all commented that this is the first video that they would enjoy watching several times. They laughed and cried. Many even commented that it looked like something you would see on television. I am so greatful we chose Mills Films because we will forever have a amazing documentation of our wedding. Thank you Bob!!!
