Pappas Personal Training was truly "Personal" I felt like my trainer spent a good deal of time assessing my needs an focused our workouts appropriately. Also, my trainer was very flexible about fitting our workouts into my schedule, I didn't feel pushed to pick a time that wasn't best for me. Our workouts were fun AND effective and I enjoyed our relationship. Although I moved out of state, we still keep in touch. It was a wonderful experience all around.

This company did an outstanding job as far as going above and beyond in fixing the problems to where you cannot tell that it was done (blended in old with new). They were very courteous and answered any inquiry I had and upon finishing totally cleaned up after themselves. Excellent quality of workmanship.
