Jeremy spent a lot of time on the phone with me explaining his services and how he would treat our problem. He was very attentive and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. Also, he was VERY accomodating and really worked to serve our needs - especially in terms on timing. Although he never said it - I feel confident that he is having to drive quite a ways out of his way to come and treat our house on Monday - but he was willing to make it work beacuse it was the best day for me and my husband. Also, compared to some of the other quotes I received - I feel like we will definately get a lot of value for the $ we will pay.
