Mr. LaPierre has provided years of service to my family and friends. He is prompt, caring, and always has a smile! This past spring, we noticed a leak in our kitchen sink during the evening. I placed a phone call to A Real Plumber and was able to set up an appointment the next morning. Mr. Lapierre noticed that the sink needed more than just a simple leak repair. However, before his staff just went about repairing the sink area, he explained in laymans terms exactly what repairs would be beneficial and provided us with options. He had the necessary equipment with him, and was able to repair our kitchen sink. We were once again very happy with his quality, timeliness, and his professionalism.

Winston La Pierre from A Real Plumber called first thing in the morning in response to my request in the middle of the night to have a new hot water heater installed. He had a reasonable price quote and had access to a new water heater that could be installed that day. He came out to our house immmediately and in spite of my giving him incorrect information about the type of water heater I needed, he was very accomodating about going back to pick up the unit we needed and coming back right away. He was very friendly and knowledgable and installed the water heater, as well as addressed a couple of additional plumbing issues that we were having. We would highly recommend him. Called first thing in the morning. Extremely helpful in providing options on a failed power vent water heater. Quoted rate was very reasonable. Failed unit was replaced and hot water restored by 2 pm the same day. Great job! Winston saved the day! I would highly recommend him and he will be my first call next time.
