Yes! Our "Risk Free Enrollment" offer allows you to review and use our plan for 30 days. If you are not satisfied, we'll refund your first payment in full with no administrative or cancellation fee...even if you've had service! Refer to your contract for additional information.

Q.	What is a home warranty?
A one year plan (paid monthly or in full)that protects homeowners from the hassle and expense of covered system and appliance breakdowns. You simply call First American 24/7 and we'll dispatch the work order to a local licenced, pre-screened technician to schedule a convienent time to fix the problem. In most cases, all you pay is a $50 trade service fee.

Q.	Does it matter how old my home is?
No...and we don't charge more for older homes.

Yes...and if it needs to be replaced, we'll replace it with like quality and features.
