I rent properties in Philadelphia, but I live in NJ. Usually it is not so easy to find a good contractor, who is able to do good service without direct control from the customer. My contacts with John were very pleasant from the first phone call. He gave me the description of the work, explained the warranty terms and extended service options. Finally he gave me very reasonable price and made an appointment with my tenant without my intervention. When I talked to the tenant she was very pleased with John. He was in place on time and in addition to the termite treatment (that was of course not so important for the tenant) John did bedbugs extermination. And it was very important for the tenant. One week ago I ordered bedbugs extermination in different company, the representative was in house 2 times, but he did not eliminate the bedbugs. John did this work without my order and free of charge. It was solely his initiative. John was very kindness to tenant; he understood her concerns and did this work without any discussion with me. It is practically impassable to meet the person who is ready on his own initiative to go extra step without payment. Now I know this person. …

I have been very pleased with the service I received. I really like doing business with small, family-owned businesses. They are usually so much more personable. I don't know if you ever came to treat under the deck or not, but I haven't had ants for a couple of weeks now. Hopefully, that will continue. But I will certainly call you if they come back! John Dixon demonstrated that he is an experienced exterminator with the knowledge and tools to get the job done properly (and with the least amount of chemicals possible.) His fight with bees at my home was a difficult one, but he managed to eradicate them despite their many locations. I like his "on call" annual plan instead of the quarterly spraying contracts offered by other companies. I appreciated the "no pressure" approach that he has to products and the individual assessment of my home's needs. …
