Q.  What services do you provide?
  Full service lease management. We handle everything from bringing you qualified tenants, collecting your rents, security deposits, to inspections of your properties, to eviction process if necessary. We also offer additional lawncare services and in home maintenance if required, at additonal costs.

Q.  What are your fees?
  Standard annual fee for one single family residential rental is equal to one month's rent for that unit.

Q.  How long does it usually take to find and place a suitable tenant in my property?
  This depends on the area of the property and the amount of rent sought. We make no gaurantees of time needed to place a suitable tenant, although we take every measure to make this happen as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Q.  What happens if you have to evict my tenant?
  You are notified of any problems with a tenant and our suggestions for dealing with them. When we agree on a solution, we take the steps necessary to secure an eviction, your due rents, and any damages through court process if tenant is uncooperative.

Q.  How soon am I notified of an impending vacancy at my property?
  Immediately upon our notification, you will be contacted.

Q.  How do you handle a tenant who damages or is not maintaining my property?
  If tenants do not comply with lease agreements, appropriate measures are taken.

Q.  Who usually pays for utilities at the rental property?
  The tenant is responsible for their utilities, unless otherwise arranged for by the owners.

Q.  Is there additional cost if I decide to have your company pay bills associated with my property?
  Yes, if additional record keeping for utilities is required, we will charge a fee to be determined accordingly.

Q.  When can I expect my report and check to be sent to me every month?
  You will receive these within a thirty day period.
