Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |
| |
Cancellations must be received in writing by either fax or email. Customer shall receive a full refund for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to date of service. There shall be no refund, however, for cancellations made within 30 days prior to date of service. |

What type(s) of buses/vehicles do you offer? How many passengers can you service at one time? |

We offer motorcoaches ranging from 47 to 71 passengers, minibuses ranging from 20 to 32 passengers, passenger vans that usually seat 10-14 passengers, and various specialty vehicles as per specific request from a client. We can usually accomodate any size group. |

Do you require a deposit up front when booking a charter bus? |
| |
We require a 20% deposit upon booking, and the balance should be paid 30 days prior to service. If the booking is within the 30 day period, then payment should be made in full. |

Do you allow food / beverages in your vehicles? |
| |
We do allow food and beverages in most cases; however, the client will be responsible for designating someone from the passenger group to be responsibile for trash collection. The bus should be as clean when the group finishes their trip as it was when they started. |
