PML Worldwide is a Professional Employer (AKA a PEO) or Employee Leasing Company. PML will be your off-site human resource department. Q.	Do you provide onsite HR services?
We can provide onsite HR depending on the size of the client. However, most of our clients find that because PML handles everything from Payroll and health benefits to employee handbooks, there is no need for an onsite staff, with the exception of someone to send in hours. The business owner writes one check per pay period, which covers everything and he/she is done.

Q.	How do you charge for your services?
There are several options to clients depending on their needs. Funds can be electronically deducted from clients’ account or in some cases a bank check is acceptable when checks are hand delivered.
