Q.	How do you charge for your services?
We typically charge a flat fee as opposed to an hourly rate. Since we take pride in all of our work and are always striving to make our client's projects better, it benefits our customers because they don't have to pay more for us getting carried away with our creativity.

Q.	What is your design style? What is the process like for designing a web site?
Initially, we need to get to know you and what your company is all about. Then we will discuss what you are looking to get out of your Website and determine the amount of work that is necessary to accomplish your goals. Once we know this, we'll create a schedule and start the design process. As the site progresses it will be displayed at a private unpublished Web address that you can log into

Q.	What is your minimum charge? Do you handle small jobs as well as large ones?
We don't have a minimum charge. The small jobs are just as important to our clients as the large ones.

Q.	What is the typical turnaround time?
For an average sized project (30-50 pages), the turnaround time would be about 6 weeks.

Q.	How do you handle change requests during the design process and after the site goes live?
Any changes outside of the original project scope will require a change order. All this means is that any modification outside the original scope are quoted, typically on a time basis and signed off before proceeding. This way, there are no surprises at billing time!

Absolutely. We have a few hosting providers that we deal with on a regular basis that offer great, affordable packages.
