Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes. We have a customer satisfaction policy. We do not want any affair or event to go by us with the customer not being satisfied. We will compensate for an unhappy customer.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  We mix any type of music you would like, plus we have Karaoke. Our MCs mix well with the crowd. Yes, we have been professionally trained and we are certified.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  It depends on the event. We try to work the best we can with the client's budget. We will always stay within the budget that is requested by the client.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  The standard deposit is $100. If you must cancel, we will refund your money as long as there is enough notice and we didn't lose another job. If you must cancel with no notice, we'll put your $100 towards another event for you. Of course, there are always extenuating circumstances.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  We have experience with weddings, sweet 16's, bar/bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthday parties, children's parties, fundraisers, school events, etc. etc. etc. We have been in business for 9 years.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  No. We specialize in whatever the client's needs are.

Q.  Do you take requests?
  Yes.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  Yes, as long as there is no profanity or offensive lyrics.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes. We never had to use it, but we ALWAYS carry a back-up system with us which includes 2 extra speakers, an extra amplifier and an extra system. We also carry back-up wires with us.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  We guarantee a DJ and MC with every party (2 people).

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  It depends on the event. If it's an event in a hall, we dress appropriately. Men wear shirts, ties and jackets or tuxedos and women wear a dress, skirt or nice pant suit.

  Yes, we are licensed and insured.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  Our rates are usually lower than other DJ's but we can show you just as good a time. We treat every single event as a special occasion with a personal touch. We also treat the client like we would like to be treated.

  Yes. We take requests. If there are certain songs you know that you want played before the event, just let us know and if we don't have it, we'll get it.

  Standard attire depends on the event. If it's a barbeque or wedding, it depends on the event. We dress appropriately.

  We have approximately 9 years experience. We have done many many events (from weddings to pool parties to holiday parties, etc. etc. etc.)

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  Included in all our packages are dance floor lights and we guarantee and DJ and MC with every single party. We treat every single party as a special occasion. You are just not another party to us. You are special. We also include Karaoke in the price. There are no hidden charges.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  We are professional DJ's and MC's. We have been professionally trained. We are licensed and insured. We are certified and in good standing with the N.A.M.E. Association.

Q.  What are your hourly rates? Is there a minimum?
  Our price is $450 for a 4-hour party. Overtime is $100 an hour. We do make exceptions for charity events and we work with your budget. We are flexible on our price.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  We do require a deposit when a contract is signed. The standard deposit is $100. We are flexible with the deposit. If you have to cancel, we will apply your deposit to another event. Of course, there are always exceptions that we will completely refund your deposit depending on your situation. If you cancel in a reasonable time period, we will completely refund your deposit.
