We facilitate well-being, fitness and lifestyle change practices through education and exercise by offering a full spectrum of programming designed to take a "pre-habilitative" approach to all of our clients, we reduce or eliminate the potential for injuries sustained while training or completing everyday activities. This approach allows our clients to remain in an effective training zone for a longer period of time, in turn achieving their goals sooner. Although We provide in-home training, We have opened our own studio for client use if you feel more comfortable in a gym setting, or want an even TOUGHER workout! It's called Visions Fitness & Spa! So, we truly are where you need us!

  Through trial and error,Continued education. Being an athlete and learning first-hand from some of the best sports and fitness trainers in the business.

  After you receive the proper tools to be successful we have found that training online will KEEP you on track with your progress. Our long term health management program provides support and guidance for a continued healthy lifestyle.

  Some. Again, We would assess your particular needs and adjust accordingly.

Q.  What other types of foods can I eat while using your program?
  Cakes,some cookies, some ice creams, pies, etc. There are snacks that you will be allowed to curve the craving for sugars and sweets.

Q.  Why do you focus on calories?
  Research shows that individuals who utilize systems to track their food intake (calories-in) and record their exercise bouts (calories-out) attain the best results.

Q.  How can I easily keep track of what I eat?
  We provide a meal plan log so that you can document exactly what you eat.

Q.  Can I choose my own foods?
  No. not all of them, you may chose a few if they are within the parameters of your selected plan.

Q.  Can I dine out while using your program?
  No. We discourage eating out if it can be prevented. Learning to eat home cooked healthy meals is not only good for you, but good for your budget as well.

Q.  Can a vegetarian be on your program?
  Yes, they can.

Q.  Can I drink alcohol while on the program?
  No, as professionals, we would not recommend it.

  A perfect balance of nutrtition and exercise is the best way to go.

  No, you will not.

  Yes. We try to facilitate some favorites so as not to have total relapses.

  With a client training three to four sessions a week, and proper nutrition, One could expect an average loss of 8 to 15 pounds.

  modest at first, and after you have had some success, you can become more aggressive.

Q.  How often do I need to weigh myself while using your program?
  You may weigh yourself whenever you want, but that is all logged every four weeks so that we may judge your progress.

Q.  Do I have to go to the gym or exercise several hours per week to lose weight?
  That would be the ideal situation. The gym is not a main necessity. We provide all of the equipment. 2-4 hours of exercise a week is optimal.

Q.  Can I follow the program if I'm pregnant?
  Yes. We have programs for pre and post-natal moms.

Q.  Can I use your program if I am already taking prescription medicines for weight loss?
  We would definetly want to speak with the prescribing physician, but our methods will not interfer with your medications.

Q.  Can I be on the program if I have high blood pressure or diabetes?
  Of course. We encourage diabetics to contact us, we have current diabetic clients who are learning to effectively deal with it.

Q.  What if I have a pre-existing condition that is not listed?
  We use a medical based form that is very detailed and based on the responses,we have it cleared with a doctor before we would attempt to go further.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Professional Athlete for four (4) years. Trained with the top sports trainers in the business. Certifed By Cooper fitness. CPR trained.

Q.  What is your educational background?
  A degree in criminal justice. Cooper Fitness Certified Physical Fitness Specialist, CPR Certified, National Federation of Professional Trainers.

Q.  What approach do you take with your clients?
  The truth first. Truth is the way. Admit it and fix it.

Q.  Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
  We provide fitness where you need it. We train clients in their homes, gyms or office.

Q.  Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
  No. We provide all that you will need. But if you already have one, that's fine as well.

  Yes. We coordinate with a dietitian as well as a sports nutritionalist.

Q.  What are your rates?
  Between 25 to 60 dollars per session.

Q.  Do you provide any guarantees on results?
  Yes. Given an agreed upon reasonable time to attain results, If by that time, If PitBull Fitness is found to be at fault for the goal failure, We will refund 100% of your investment.
