Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes we do...we guarantee that: 1) we will be set-up prior to your first guest arriving; 2) we will be dressed according to your specifications; 3) we will have all of your requested music prior to the first guest arriving at your event (provided we have that music list 30 days defore your event date).

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Djing is a learned art. Party after party we continue to turn special events into memorable realities! Ask for references!

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
  Due to the individuality of every event, we do not have set rates. Our rates are event dependent.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  Yes we require a retainer of 25% of your event total to hold the date. The retainer is non-refundable but can be used toward a future booking.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  Besides the private weekend events we also have regular weekly shows. So the number of total events climbs into the hundreds per year!

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  Yes...we specialize in playing music that fits the mood and personalities of our clients! We plan around not only your must-play list but also your must-not-play list and then setup a music program that will play to all age groups and keep the party flowing!

Q.  Do you take requests?
  We encourage danceable requests! And we will make every effort to play those requests as long as time permits and the music follows the guidelines of what has been pre-planned with our clients!

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
  If we do not have a selection that you would like to hear or we are unable to get the selection that you would like to hear, we encourage you to bring your own music so that you can rest assured that you get to hear the music that you want to hear.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  We always carry backup equipment just in case!!! We've never had a complete melt-down but peace of mind is worth its weight in gold!

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Yes..unless your event coordinator or yourselves have hired a specific MC we love getting the crowd involved with your event!

Q.  What is your standard attire?
  Attire is completey based on the event and the personalities of our clients. If the event is theme based we will dress accordingly.

Q.  Are you insured?
  Yes we are insured. We carry a $1,000,000 liability policy. Many venues now require insurance from vendors and carrying the policy just adds another level of stress-free opportunity for you and your guests!

  Our dj system is all computerized, playlists can be pre-made prior to the event and controlled remotely...what this means to you is, we do not need to be standing behind the DJ booth for your entire party, we can be out entertaining you and your guests. We are a 2 owner company with each owner specializing in and handling specific events.
