Q.  Do you provide any guarantees on results?
No. Results are dependent on the clients compliance. However, I do guarantee that if the client follows their program, they will achieve positive results.

Q.  What makes you different from other fitness trainers?
Aside from my long and unique experience teaching personal trainers, I know the best results for the long term is to teach people to make fitness part of the clients life, not change lifestyle.
