I am a owner/operator, and have been in this business going on 12 yrs. I have been professionally trained by the best in the Industry. I am certified in Pest and termites, and have recieved much recognition and awards for outstanding achievement, throughout the years.

What are your rates?

Rates for termite treatments vary from house to house and are based on the linear footage of the home. In most cases a home has to be inspected and measured to acurately qoute a price. Termite treatments range from $125.00-$2500.00+tax. Zero percent financing is available. Quarterly pest treatments start at $49.95+tax per quarter, up to $129.95+ tax per quarter for our platinum service. This does not include Initial start-up fees...

Q.	Do you offer a service maintenance agreement?
Yes we do. A quarterly pest prevention service is highly recommended, to be most effective. No contracts are required the first year!

Q.	What is your standard warranty? Do you offer any guarantees?
90 day standard warranty on all pest treatments and 1yr. warranty on all Termite treatments. Our guarantee is simple, to provide our customers with a safe, pest and termite free enviroment.

Q.	If I have a pest problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
Yes, on our quarterly service, we allow 3 free emergency visits in between your services.

Q.	If I do not see any pests can I skip a service?
We do not recommend skipping any services at all! Usually, the reason your not seeing inscects, is because your having your home treated on a regular basis. As I said earlier, the residues will only last a maxium of three months,(if we're lucky) then it's no longer effective, and insects will start moving back in. This will result in having to start all over.

Q.	How long are your service visits?
30-45 minutes. Sometimes longer if there is extra services needed.

Q.	How long do treatments last?
Interior pest treatments should last 2 1/2- 3 months. exterior pest treatments about 1 month. Termite treatments Should be effective 3-5 yrs. depending on the type of chemical and method used.

Q.	Is treatment harmful to pets?
NO, not at all! As an extra precaution we recommend that all exterior pets be out of the treatment areas,if yard is power sprayed, until dry.

Q.	How soon can I water after your visit?
After 24 hours. This allows enough time to effectively rid yard of unwanted pest.

Q.	Are you insured?
In order to obtain a business license from the structral pest control board, we HAVE to be licensed. We carry more then required by law.
