Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
For training, corporate, and custom video production you only pay a nominal fee when we arrive on site to film. In most cases (excluding weddings) the balance is only due once you have reviewed a proof copy of the production and are ready to take delivery of the finished product.

What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
Our wedding packages start at $1,850.

Do you require a deposit?
For wedding bookings we require a $450 deposit. A third of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event date and the balance 15 business days after the event or at product delivery whichever is sooner.

We evaluate what the production requires.
