The key to success is Education of the fundamentals of proper eating and doing the right exercises . I focus on the 3 D's > Desire , Dedication and Discipline . Each person must have these to be successful and my job is to make sure each person has these . One on One training gets results !

Q.	Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
My business specializes in coming " Right to your home or office " and showing you how to get a great workout in a " private " environment . I train about 90% of my clients in their homes and 10% in my gym in Lantana .

Q.	Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
You do not need a home gym to train at home . I bring the necessary equipment with me and show you how to get a great workout with little equipment and in a small area . I use a variety of exercises to get you the results you desire . If you are interested , I can help you build your very own " Home Gym " ! I will tell you what equipment is best for you in the space you have for your goals .

I give you nutritional guidance and tips on how you can improve your diet . I start by having you keep a dietary log and help you to make gradual changes in your diet . No Fad diets , but a simple LIFE LONG approach to eating SMARTER and HEALTHIER !

Rates vary pending the # of sessions you purchase. The more sessions you purchase the better the price you get per session . Rates run from $90 to $100 / per hour for 1 person , $150 / hr. 2 people at same time .
